When you apply, register, book a session, or use the Member Hub, we may collect:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Emergency Contact Information
• Coaching Application Responses
• Session Registrations and Booking History
• Waitlist Requests
• Fitness Goals and Training Preferences
• Health and Readiness Information (PAR-Q screening, medications, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy/postpartum status)
• Progress Photos You Choose to Upload
• Waiver and Liability Acknowledgements
• Payment and Billing Status (processed by Stripe -- see Data Storage below; we do not receive or store your full card number)

• Provide coaching services and personalize your training program
• Screen for health and safety before and during training
• Respond to inquiries
• Process applications
• Manage registrations, bookings, and membership status
• Process payments
• Deliver educational resources
• Improve website functionality
• Communicate updates

Information is stored using Supabase (our database and secure file storage provider), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Calendar (session scheduling), in addition to email and website management tools. Health and readiness information, waivers, and progress photos are access-restricted so that only you and your coach can view them.

Echelon Fitness Collective does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers above as needed to operate the platform (for example, Stripe to process a payment), when required by law, or when necessary to provide requested services.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where legally permissible.
